Sparkling Brut white
Sparkling white wine with a colour with gilded reflexes, very elegant and persistent perlage; floral and mildly fruity perfume, fresh and delicate taste. Suggested above all as appetizer with dishes of sea-food. We suggest to serve it at a temperature of 6 – 8° C.

VINIFICATION
The whole grapes are introduced in pneumatic presses that separates immediately the must flower with a light pressure. The must, after the addition of the selected yeasts, ferments at a checked temperature (18° C) in stainless steel containers. The taking of foam occurs in autoclave according to the long Charmant method (around nine months).
