Sparkling Brut Rosè
Sparkling wine with a rosè colour, very elegant and persistent perlage; floral nose with hints of fruit, fresh and delicate taste. Suggested above all as appetizer with sea-food based dishes. Suggested to serve at a temperature of 7-8° C.

VINIFICATION
The whole grapes are introduced in pneumatic presses that separate immediately the must flower with a light pressure. After the addition of the selected yeasts the must ferments at a checked temperature (18° C) in stainless steel containers. The taking of foam occurs in autoclave according to the long Charmant method (around nine months).
