Pure Negroamaro of a bright red colour. The nose has hints of cloves and red fruits. In the mouth we appreciate the fresh and smooth taste rich of pulp. Suggested with hors d’oeuvre, main courses, tasty fish dishes and any course that expresses the typical taste of our region. Serve cool at 13-14°C.

VINIFICATION
The grapes, after a soft pressure and a following separation of grape-stalks are macerated in big steel tanks at a checked temperature 16-18°C for about 7 days. After a malolactic fermentation the wine is refined in steel tanks for about 6 month. After the bottling the wine refines in bottle for 3 months.
