Sparkling brilliant wine of a light pink colour called “onion peel” with a fine and persistent perlage.
The nose is rich and intense with hints of bluberry, redcurrant and rose petals.
To the palate it is smooth and elegant enriched by a nice freshness. Perfect as aperitif and with shellfish, nice also with medium aged chesees

VINIFICATION
the grapes are harvested in boxes and put, uncrushed, into the press. After a short pre -fermentative cold maceration, a soft pressing takes place, followed by an alcoholic fermentation of 25 days at 13°C.
REFERMENTATION
“Metodo Classico”- the base wine ferments in bottle for about 2 months, followed by a refinement “sur lie” for about 12 months.
