Red ruby colour with garnet red reflections upon aging . Intense and delicate bouquet, it is characterized by hints of plum and blackberry. Warm and velvety harmonic taste. Recommended with first dishes, roasted meat and cheeses. To be served at a temperature of 16 – 18° C.

VINIFICATION
The grapes after a soft pressure and following separation of grape-stalk are submitted to particular maceration at checked temperature (20 – 22° C ) After the fermentation, the wine is put to sharpen in oak barrels of 30 hls for 4 months.
