Wine characterized by a straw yellow colour with a nose of citrus fruits and pineapple hints. In the mouth it is fresh and balanced. Suggested with seafood and delicate main courses. Serve at 8-10°C.

VINIFICATION
Soft pressure of the grapes with following static decantation at low temperature. Fermentation in steel tubs at a checked temperature of 14-16° C. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine remains on the thin dregs for about 3 months.
