Made of Negroamaro grapes and Cabernet Sauvignon, at sight it is of an intense deep red colour. To the nose scents of blackberry and plum enriched with elegant spices hints of vanilla and cloves. Full taste with clear but nice tannins. Suggested with roasted meat, tasty main dishes and ripe cheese. Serve at 18-20° C.

VINIFICATION
After a long maceration (12-15 days), a soft pressure of the skins will follow, finally the refinement in French oak barriques for about 12 months.
