Wine with a purplish red colour that becomes rich in garnet nuances with the aging. The complex perfume of fruity notes perfectly blended and with hints of flowers. The taste is long, soft and persistent. Ideal dessert wine to accompany dry fruit sweets, tarts of red fruit. Best served at a temperature of 14-15° C.

VINIFICATION
The semi-drying grapes are picked in boxes and separated from the stalks. The maceration lasts about 10 days at the temperature of 20-22° C. After this phase, the wine has a refinement in oak barrels for about 6 months.
