Villa Larena extra vergin olive oil
The Extra Virgin Oil “La Rena” is the fruit of a careful selection of fresh and genuine olives of the varieties “Ogliarola”, “Cellina” and “Coratina”, hand-picked from the tree when fully ripened and then processed by soft cold pressing.
This production method, completely natural and faithful to the most ancient tradition, grants the oil to keep intact all the most delicate scents and aromas the olives draw from the sun and the soil of Apulia.
This oil is rich and fruity with a particularly balanced taste. On cooked food, and even more if used plain, this oil enhances the flavour of a variety of dishes, from salads to soups, from fish to roast meats.
The acidity is less than 0,50%. For better preservation keep this product away from light and heat.
