Primitivo IGT Salento

This Primitivo of Salento is characterized by an intense ruby red colour, red fruit aroma, plum and spice; elegant and soft full taste. Recommended with all the first courses, roasted meat, game and seasoned cheeses. It is suggested to be served at a temperature of 16-18° C.

VINIFICATION
The grapes, after a soft pressure and following separation of grape-stalk, are macerated in big steel tanks at a checked temperature (20 – 22° C) for about 10 days. After a malolactic fermentation the wine is decanted in oak barriques of 30 hls where it remains in refinement for about 6 months.
